Halduskultuur-Administrative Culture

Halduskultuur - Administrative Culture (HKAC), published by Tallinn University's Department of Public Administration, is a peer-reviewed multi-language interdisciplinary journal of administrative studies. The journal publishes contributions in English, the lingua franca of our times, and also in the languages of the region: Estonian, Finnish, German, Russian. The journal appears bi-annually.
